Our delivery policy is to be read in conjunction with the Specific Terms & Conditions: 9.
- I. In the UK, the ordered goods will be delivered to the address entered by you on the online order.
- II. Goods delivered incorporate the standard practices of the delivery carriers. We cannot be held liable for delays that fall within their standard practices.
- III. If there is no one at the address given or no one available who is competent to accept delivery of the goods, the goods will be returned to us and we will treat the contract as cancelled and refund you the purchase price paid excluding delivery costs.
- IV. Ordered goods will normally be delivered within the time set out below, unless otherwise notified to you by us and in any event within 30 days of your order.
- V. Please note that all Amschela products are supplied in custom made boxes to fit each individual handbag and therefore each sold item will carry its own delivery charge as two or more items cannot fit in any one sized box. Our delivery charges for weighted items are in accordance with Royal Mail parcel weight sizes.
- VI. We do not refund return shipping costs unless the item is deemed faulty or there was a mistake/error on our behalf.

- VII. If we are unable to deliver the goods within 30 days of our shipping confirmation email for your order, we will inform you as soon as possible and you will be entitled to cancel the contract and obtain a refund or re-credit for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from you credit card for the goods and their delivery if: (a) we have refused to deliver the goods; (b) delivery within the delivery deadline was essential (taking into account all the relevant circumstances); or (c) you told us before we accepted your order that delivery within the delivery deadline was essential. If you do not wish to cancel the contract straightaway, or we do not deliver the goods within 30 days of our shipping confirmation email for your order and you do not have the right to cancel you’re the contract under the preceding sentence, you can give us a new deadline for delivery, which must be reasonable, and you can cancel the contract if we do not meet the new deadline.
- VIII. If you choose to cancel the contract for late delivery under this paragraph, you can do so for just some of the goods or all of them (unless splitting them up would significantly reduce their value). If the products have been delivered to you, you will have to return them to us.
- IX. We will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.
- X. The products will be your responsibility from the completion of delivery.

We do not deliver on Sundays or the following dates:
- Good Friday
- Easter Monday
- Bank Holidays
- Christmas Day
- Boxing Day
- New Year’s Eve/Day
- – Delivery and billing addresses must be valid UK Mainland or NI addresses.
- – Delivery and billing addresses must match the payment card billing address.
International & Rest of World
- – Amschela Ltd will not bear any incoming customs costs or taxes that you may incur when shipping to your destination. All delivery times are estimated so please order your item in good time to avoid unnecessary delays that may occur by customs clearance in your destination country.
- – Amschela Ltd will use international delivery addresses as provided by you in your order. Amschela Ltd bear no responsibility or liability for items not received/missing where we have shipped items to addresses provided by you. Therefore, please double check the address you have provided is correct prior to confirming your order as this cannot be changed once submitted.
- – For multiple orders, as per Clause V above, you will receive the items separately due to box sizes and weight restrictions, shipping costs will apply per box but you may contact us to discuss alternative options if you are purchasing more than 3 items.
